Modified Bitumen Plants

Plants for the production of modified bitumen are equipped with a double tank for a slow and quick mixing to allow homogenization through the mill. The filling of the product is processed by dosing pumps for bitumen by means of loading cells or litres counter, hopper with filler scroll.

The tanks are heated by an external oil thermo interspace; all the pipes and valves are equipped with hot oil heating. It is possible to automate the production process of modified bitumen by placing a PLC in the electrical board with relative automatic valves for both the control of temperature and the passing bitumen.
